An Apology and Some Big News:
Article Categories
I would like to start this post with a sincere apology to my readers/followers.
As you may have noticed there has been very little activity here on kociaba-fitness.com for the past sevral weeks. I could concoct some great excuses but I prefer to be honest with you.
I had a wonderful Christmas. I am truly blessed with a wonderful little family and a small handful of equally wonderful friends.
My usual first of the year launch of new training goals got a jump start in early December and hasn’t slowed down (no new years resolutions for me). I just like to use the post holiday timing to get refocused on my training goals which I target for my birthday (in May).
I had sevral ideas for new posts churning around in my brain and a handful of guests in mind for some great interviews. Then things started falling apart. I started a half dozen of those posts and couldn’t quite figure out where I wanted them to go. Then after being a little frustrated with myself I lined up five - yes, five - interviews for one week. And would you believe it four out of the five got postponed because of weather conditions. One person’s kids were home for a snow day another was stranded in LA trying to get back to NYC, etc., etc.
Only one of those interviews was conducted and I have decided to hold it back until the one year annaversery of the site in April. It’s a very special one with one of the true living legends of physical culture, who hasn’t done any interviews for a very long time. And that’s all I will say for now.
Now here is where the big news comes in ..… I was asked to hold off on recording any more interviews because some major changes were being worked out and I would have access to a far better quality recording situation as well as potentially much greater exposure.
There were sevral delays and more frustration but eventually the smoke cleared and we now have a podcast being hosted on the Serotalk Podcast Network! Up to this point the interviews have only been posted here on my site but, now they will be available on I-Tunes, amongst other places.
The show will continue to feature interviews with some of the leaders in the industry but will also include listener's questions answered and the occasional rant from myself.
For a variety of reasons we chose to not use the Kociaba name on the show. It is the REAL WORLD FITNESS PODCAST and below is a link to the very first show:

Glad to Have Bill on Board
We're very excited at SPN that Bill agreed to join our network. As a personal beneficiary of his fitness coaching, I know he's the real deal. More importantly, he's the real deal without the unnecessary frills and fluff. He's a pretty down-to-earth guy, and his debut episode has already enjoyed an awesome download rate. Do check it out when you have a moment.
